We are looking for an SAP ERP Functional Analyst at ABB Oy, Information Systems in Helsinki or Vaasa.

In this role you will act as a Functional Analyst for SAP Production Planning and SAP Product Lifecycle Management. You will work as part of ABB's ERP CoE supporting our various businesses located in Finland and Baltics, working currently with an SAP ECC ERP Solution. You will collaborate with business process owners, IS management and external vendors to define, deliver and support IS Solutions that meet ABB's business requirements.

You will participate in the upcoming ERP landscape transformation to S/4 ERP Hana. Our Lead business area in Finland, Motion is planning to migrate the current ERP landscapes to S/4 Hana ERP. In your role you will help to shape the future landscape and migration in your area.

This position reports to Head of ERP Services, Finland and Baltics.

Your responsibilities:
- Driving the functional and technical design, system build (configuration), test, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of the solution
- Collaborating with Business process owners, IS Service Managers and IS Application Owners to understand business needs and estimate the effort for the developments, change requests and releases
- Acting as the configuration owner for SAP Production Planning (PP) and SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- Understanding the related business and functional processes in detail and apply this knowledge to shape and align the IS solution
- Translating requirements from projects and changes into specifications for internal and external delivery parties
- Ensuring that ERP configuration and development is performed compliant to any applicable ABB IS standards and/or guidelines and compliant to any local or global regulations
- Coordinating application development with external solution providers and developers, while ensuring IS integrity and business continuity
- Participating in business process development projects as the Subject Matter Expert contributing technical and business process/data expertise in the responsibility area

Your background:
- Few years of work experience in the relevant areas; manufacturing, production planning or product development/engineering and/or application design and development experience in SAP
- Practical experience in requirements analysis, and change management, as well as in software lifecycle management
- Knowledge of IT Frameworks and methods (ITIL, SCRUM, Agile), as well as Process Development and Quality management methods (SixSigma, Lean) are seen as an advantage
- SAP Certifications in SAP ECC and S/4 are considered as a benefit
- Fluent English language skills, Finnish is beneficial
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. in a relevant field, ideally in the fields of IS/IT, finance, or engineering
