Any tasks related to international logistics, sales, and purchase processing, import and export
documentation and managing can be assigned if the need arises. Daily routines include processing
outsourced service bills for accounting and handling RMA related communication and duties.
Any knowledge and/or education in Python coding and EU VAT refund processing we pay additional
interest on.

If you show interest and have the capacity for any additional, more challenging types of tasks, be sure that
we will notice it and if/when the opportunity arises, we'll appoint you tasks more demanding to take full
advantage of any capacity you might possess.

An ideal candidate should have: Suitable education (min. BBA or relevant experience, accounting emphasis preferred, not necessity. Good spoken and written English is a must. Any level of any Asian language is a positive addition. Attention to detail and ability to work independently. Good computer skills (MS Office) and other general computing skills required in office work.

We use Odoo as ERP. If you don't know it, you'll learn it. Easy.

Last, but definitely not least: Positive mindset with open attitude towards learning new things.
