UltraVet is looking for a part-time assistant to help with animal handling and cleaning in our clinic in Loviisa.

Job comprises following duties:
- holding of the animals (dogs and cats) for veterinary medical procedures (ultrasound, x-ray, blood sampling, etc.)
- help with animal positioning on the examination table
- cleaning of the consultation room between the appointments
- cleaning and maintenance of the clinic (to a lesser extend)

Positive, animal friendly attitude and demonstrating a committed and earnest attitude towards one's professional responsibilities are the most important requirements. At least one of the following languages (at a good communicative level) is necessary for in-clinic communication: Finnish / English. Previous experience in small animal practice is not required. Position includes lifting of the dogs (different sizes) on the examination table and is not a good fit for people with back injuries, neurological, muscular or orthopedic conditions.

Salary: 8 eur/h

Working hours:
Mondays: 9:00- 12:00
Wednesdays: 9:00-12:00 (every second week)
Fridays: 9:00-11:00
