Arctic Circle Snowmobile Park on tarjonnut matkailijoille ohjelmapalveluita
vuodesta 1999 Napapiirillä. Vuonna 2021 yrityksessä tehtiin sukupolven vaihdos,
kun Luxury Action Oy siirtyi luotsaamaan Arctic Circle Snowmobile Parkin
toimintaa Rovaniemelle. Saman aikaisesti avasimme myös toimipisteen Leville.

Haemme tulevalle talvikaudelle vahvuuteemme safarioppaita Rovaniemen ja
Levin toimipisteisiimme.
Safarioppaan työkaluina toimivat esim. moottorikelkat, minibussit, lumikengät ja
pilkit.

Oletko oma-aloitteinen, ulospäinsuuntautunut, joustava, palvelualtis ja pystyt
toimimaan hyvin paineen alla? Oppaan työ Snowmobile Parkilla on erittäin
monipuolinen. Työtehtäviisi kuuluu toimia oppaana ryhmä- sekä
privateasiakkaille.

Lisäksi tarjolla on muitakin työtehtäviä riippuen kokemuksestasi.
Työ alkaa marraskuussa ja kestää talvisesongin loppuun. Haemme sekä osa-
aikaisia, että kokoaikaisia oppaita.
Emme vaadi aikaisempaa kokemusta opastyöstä, koska tarjoamme kattavan
perehdytyksen työhön. Sen sijaan reipas ja joustava asenne ovat kultaakin
arvokkaampaa!

Edellytämme oppailtamme:
Oma-aloitteisuutta
Yhteistyökykyä muiden oppaiden, yhteistyökumppaneiden ja työnjohdon kanssa
Asiakaslähtöistä asennetta
Kielitaitovaatimus vähintään englannin kielen taito
Vähintään T-ajokortti mutta B-kortti katsotaan eduksi
Aikaisempi työkokemus matkailualalta katsotaan eduksi
Lapin ja erityisesti Rovaniemen paikallistuntemus katsotaan eduksi

Arctic Circle Snowmobile Park has offered program services for tourists at the
Arctic Circle since year 1999. The company experienced a generational switch
during the year 2021 when Luxury Action Oy moved to navigate the operations
into the town of Rovaniemi. Simultaneously, we opened an office in the town of
Levi.

We are looking to recruit safari guides to further strengthen our team for the
upcoming winter season in Rovaniemi and Levi.
The operational tools for a guide are for example, snowmobiles, minibuses,
snowshoes and jigs. Are you a self-initiative, outgoing, flexible, attentive and are
able to perform under pressure? The work of a guide at the Snowmobile Park is
very versatile. The content of your work would be to guide groups and private
customers. We can also offer additional tasks depending on your level of
experience.

The employment would begin in November and last until the end of the winter
season. We are looking to recruit both part-time and full-time guides to our team.
We do not require previous experience from working as a guide, since we will
offer extensive training for the profession. Instead, a brisk and flexible attitude is
highly valued!
We require from our guides the following:
Self-initiative
Co-operational skills with other guides and supervisors
Customer-oriented attitude
Language skills, at least fluent in English
T-driving license at least, B-driving license is seen as a benefit
Previous work experience in tourism is seen as a benefit
The knowledge of Lapland and especially Rovaniemi is seen as an advantage
