Summer Trainee, Legal
We are currently looking for a summer trainee to join our Legal, Delivery team in Espoo, Finland.
Your responsibilities during the summer
In your role, you will support daily operational work in the global Legal, Delivery Team. Delivery team is involved with both Oil Products and Renewable business operations by assisting with sales & supply agreements and logistics and procurement matters. You will be assisting Legal, Delivery team with their daily tasks in a wide range of legal questions.
Summer trainee: Legal, Delivery
- Handles Supply, Sales, Logistics, Procurement and other related contracts drafting, wording, communication, and co-operation internally and externally.
You will work closely with the team of subject matter specialists which will mentor you with your daily responsibilities. In your role you will also work with numerous internal and external teams, including Sales and Supply Managers, Operators, Contract & Claims Teams and Logistics Department.

- Suitable education, e.g legal studies, currently at the mid- /final stage of your studies at the university
- Previous work experience in the legal industry (in house or business law firm)
- Motivated, responsible and independent approach to your work
- Previous knowledge or genuine interest in the industry
- Attention to details
- Strong negotiation and communication skills; team player attitude
- Good communication and language skills; fluent English and Finnish, both written and spoken. Knowledge in any other language is considered an asset

Your salary will be determined based on the complexity of the task, the skills and experience required for the job, your relevant previous working experience and the number of course credits you have from your studies.
The position is fixed-term from 4th May until the end of August 2020. We appreciate if you have the opportunity to start summer work at least part-time in May.
