Your role

We are looking for a Summer Trainee in the Financial Services Unit located in Espoo, Finland. You will be participating in the P2P development projects enabling further efficiency and automation of Fortum purchase-to-pay process. Your tasks include analysis of supplier master data, invoice data potential for different automation scenarios as well as supplier e-invoice activation. Your tasks can also include other project support tasks like supporting pilot users, documenting best practices and new ways of working. You work in close cooperation with Process Specialists, Process Owners and Project Team. Preferably you will be able to work full-time from May-August, but this is negotiable.

Your qualifications

You are studying a relevant polytechnic or university degree in the business administration or similar for the first or second year. You are a proficient user of common MS Office tools especially Excel; other analysis tools and programming skills are seen as an advantage. You like working in a team, but you are willing to take your own initiative as well. A good command of English is a requirement.
