Service Manager, Document Management Services

Your role

We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to our Enterprise Applications Team in Fortum Business Technologies unit.

You will be responsible for Document Management Services by managing these services for the Fortum businesses as internal customers together with the external service providers. Leading change-, problem-, and incident management is an essential part of your daily work. You will drive change initiatives and enhancements on this area.

Document Management Services are an essential part of  the Fortum BT's digital services. You will have a key role in a challenging and fast developing service area in an international company.


Your qualifications

For this position you are required to have broad understanding of enterprise level IT services. We expect you to have previous experience on Document Management services in general, Office 365, SharePoint, M-Files or other DM-Systems. Service management skills are of vital interest in this position as most of the services are provided as managed services by external service providers. Skills for driving change and understanding of digitalized internal processes will be needed. You have a university or equivalent degree in an IT-related field and more than 5-years’ working experience.
