Product Sales Manager

We are looking for a Product Sales Manager to our Environmental Systems unit, Vantaa location, where we develop, sell and deliver mainly electrostatic precipitator (ESP) based flue gas cleaning technology to help our customers manage their emissions in an efficient way. From Environmental Systems wide offering generally you will find solutions for example for dry flue gas cleaning, wet flue gas cleaning and heat recovery, flue gas desulfurization and NOx reduction as well. We provide our ESP technology-based solutions to our power plant, Pulp and Paper and industrial customers globally, with projects varying in size and scope.

As the Product Sales Manager you will develop the winning concept and ensure the customer also understands and believes in it. This will include process design, technical proposal coordination, and technical negotiations as well as commercial discussions as member of sales team. You will act as the link between our product team and the customer, ensuring smooth flow of information. You will lead the team to prepare our technical documentation and quotation.


We expect you to have a suitable educational background, a Master´s or bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Energy engineering studies background will be an asset. You should have a strong understanding of power plant, Pulp Mill processes or flue gas cleaning technology, and experience in sales and contract management. Fluent English is required, and this position includes regular travelling to visit our customers.

Additionally, you will need great interpersonal and leadership skills to keep the technical sales team aligned and deliver timely and good quality quotations for our customers. You will be handling several projects at a time, so you need to plan and priorities not only your own but also others’ work. You will lead the team towards a shared goal with clear deadlines and timely communication.
