We are looking for an ambitious, driven young professional to support our client company in taking their customer service operations and customer experience to the next level! ABOUT THE ROLE
The position is a combination of supporting existing business processes and developing new ways of working supported by tools and processes in the area of customer service. You are expected to be passionate about improving customer centricity, digitalization, business transformation, improvement of reporting practices and utilizing data to improve business performance.

JOB DUTIES

* Process development support to professionalize customer service
* Professionalize reporting related to responsiveness in customer interactions
* System specification and support for current customer service team set-up
* System change support for customer service transformation, future set-up

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

* Suitable academic background (master's or bachelor's degree)
* Experience in business development from a customer service perspective
* Familiarity with customer service tools/operations, processes documentation and general interest on methodologies definition and improvements
* Data-driven actions and fast adoption of new tools
* Good communication skills in English


Experience in customer service, project management, and any other language skills is seen as an advantage.
