Key Account Manager Finland

The main responsibility for the Key Account Manager is to grow and develop long term profitable sales business and customer loyalty with the Nordic Industrial Production Client base (Mining, Thermal Power Plants, Steel, Pulp & Paper and Material handling). The overall goal is to manage client accounts by identifying and mapping customer needs, service jobs ( boiler coating and mill service), product offerings, contract negotiations, closing deals, most importantly, managing and developing the customer relationship. You will establish strategic partnerships with customers to further improve sustainability.

The person will be a part of Nordic sales team. Frequent travel in the whole Finland is needed, with home office as a base. Optimal locations could be i.e. Tampere, Jyväskylä, Southern Ostrobothnia

We believe that you have a college or academic education with engineering specialization or equivalent qualification.
However, the right personality and industry experience is crucial for this position. You are fluent in Finnish and communicate in English reporting to Nordics.

To be successful as the Key Account Manager you will possess;

documented experience from the maintenance or other industrial service business
or equivalently previous experience with B2B sales
genuine personal interest to work close with customers' process experts and their respective industry challenges
you are motivated to move to new role with sales and account management and benefit from your past expertise with production, maintenance and repair

The person we are looking for will learn to be a business oriented and can combine commercial focus with operational capability. Your credibility is built through technology expertise and you come across trustworthy and communicative. Creative thinking, solutions orientated with a strive to continuously develop and improve, is required.

Ideal candidates will have experience in maintenance and repair with Mining, Thermal Power Plants, Steel, Pulp & Paper and Material handling. Full training will be available.
