Our Client Radiometer Turku is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to strengthen their HR team. You will be a power addition to a dynamic team, that is currently focusing on a broad variety of tasks from daily administration to strategic initiatives.

In this role your daily routine will consist of providing HR expertise and insight to Managers to support both strategic and operational decision making. You will also further develop local HR processes and practices as well as coach leaders on people and organizational matters.

You will succeed in this role if taking initiative is your natural way of working and you are systematic, analytical, trustworthy and service-oriented when approaching new challenges and collaborating with colleagues. You will flourish in this team if you get motivated by the idea, that we are far from ready. This means rolling up your sleeves and getting to work, but it also means a lot of opportunities to learn, create and grow! Our Client believes that best fuel for achieving goals is laughter, that is why even though they take their work seriously, they don’t take themselves too seriously.

We expect from you

Some previous experience in managing and developing a broad spectrum of HR disciplines in cross-cultural environment
Previous relevant work experience working in a production industry
Strong knowledge of the labor legislation, collective bargaining and GDPR and ability to interpret them into HR policies and best practices
Proven track record of successfully facilitating change projects with solid project management skills
Good facilitation- and negotiation skills
Previous experience in working with or in an international organization, where you have polished communication and collaboration skills in both Finnish and English
An analytical mindset
Relevant industrial work experience
Experience working with the blue collar industry
