  • Work directly with our Client Executives and Specialists on a variety of client deliverables
  • Support insurance placement and administration work
  • Support the development of client documents and reports
  • Support claims handling
  • Document management
  • Communication and coordination of with our global network
  • Develop understanding of all non-life insurance lines
  • Processing and data entry into the Company's information systems
  • Deliver on projects to meet or exceed client expectations
  • Serve our clients in a professional and collaborative manner

The Requirements

  • Outstanding technical skill in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to produce consistently high-quality results under tight deadlines
  • Organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills both in Finnish and English
  • Some working experience in Insurance Industry
  • Ability to work well with colleagues at all levels
  • Resourceful, proactive self-starter with the ability to think ahead
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Creative problem solver
