Being part our Wind unit, you will participate in the development and construction of wind projects in Fortum. As wind project manager, you will be leading wind power construction projects, being accountable for the wind turbine construction from the feasibility study to the take-over. Your responsibilities will include particular controlling the quality of the design and manufacturing, cost control and reporting, project scheduling and change management as well as environment, health and safety matters (EHS).
In addition, you will also provide your expertise in project acquisitions, development and implementation. You will thus have an opportunity to join various projects and contribute actively to the success of our strategy in renewable energies. Job requires travelling mostly in the Nordic countries but also to meet suppliers global.

You hold a Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent, along with at least five years’ experience from wind projects or large scale construction projects. Equally important is your experience from purchase, delivery, construction and supplier contract management. A track record of project management is also a must, whereas experience from working as manager will be to your advantage. Fluency in English is required and Swedish/Finnish is an advantage.
