Your main responsibility at Filtrabit is to build the sales function, develop processes and tools as well as give your own input to company´s sales activities regarding direct sales and distribution sales. We have started our sales activities and your main focus will be take overall sales responsibility according to our strategy and targets. You will bring sales excellence and leadership to our organisation as well as strong connections and even existing networks globally in industrial branches. In this position you report to CEO.
In this position you will build the winning sales to the company. You ensure that Filtrabit´s direct sales and distribution channels are fit and profitable. We value the experience and capability to build and develop the organization towards the high level of achievement. You are willing to use your expertise in sales and show an example by having your personal sales budget as well. The position requires international travelling (appr. 100 days a year in the beginning). You have fluent English and can communicate in Finnish, other languages are an advantage. The location is negotiable.
We expect you to have a relevant experience in successful sales execution in global B2B market. Building sales processes and organisations is your key competence. You have a leadership experience with an own team as well as a proven track record in building and leading international sales partner networks.
