What your future will look like at Accountor
You will lead business planning, performance analysis, and management reporting processes in a dynamic private equity owned software company. Business data and analysis are key contributors to navigating our strategy and ensure the realization of our growth journey.
You will work in close collaboration with business leaderment and business control teams to analyse our performance and identify value creation opportunities. You will provide insightful analyses and ensure that business leaderment teams and the board have the latest insights for decision making. As a VP, Planning and Control, you will lead the capability development of planning and control processes.
You will report to our CFO and join a friendly team of 6 employees.
With these skills you are one step ahead
You have 7+ years of proven experience from similar positions e.g. leading planning and control processes preferably on group level.
Your business acumen, analytical and data modelling skills are excellent.
You are familiar with fast-growing software businesses, preferably in an international setting.
You are motivated by growing the impact of financial data to business.
You have proven skills making things happen and mobilizing professionals either directly or in matrix.
You master influencing in English, with Scandinavian languages being an advantage.
