In this key role, you will be in the core of Lindström’s digital transformation. You will lead the IT operations and strategic development of IT in Lindström Group. This will include our IT infrastructure, business applications and end-user services, IT service operations, development of master data platforms as well as vendor and risk management. You will also be responsible for building and running IOT device based digital services for our customers. 

You will lead complex and business-critical projects in a matrix organization and make sure that IT is always on track. You will be in charge of the IT budget and lead an organization of 30+ professionals. Together with your teams, partners and our global business functions you will deploy agile practices that will allow a fast-flowing pipeline of ideas, opportunities and improvements into the business. You will be located at our head office in Kalasatama, Helsinki.

To be successful in this role you need to have a proven international experience in a similar role together with MSc degree from a relevant field. You have a strong business-focus and experience in IT strategic planning and development as well as digital product development. You are familiar with systems design and development from business requirements analysis all the way to implementation and day-to-day management. As a people leader, you are empowering, encouraging and decisive. You have outstanding communication and networking skills that will help you succeed. Your English is fluent.
