REKOM Group is now looking for a Venue Manager for Heidi's Bier Bar, Helsinki.
At first as Venue Manager in REKOM, you will work as a trainee and a helping hand for the team. Therefore, you will not get to assist your own venue nor Venue Manager from start, but will be a flexible helper at one to three venues, that you switch between the first months. During this time you will go through leadership training which will give you the right resources and learning to work as an Venue Manager.
After the trainee period you will be acting as a right hand to the Venue Manager and support the venue's operations and operating results. You will assist with the venue always meeting the expectations of the guests. The job is demanding, but also helps create a dynamic and exciting workplace with room for both socializing and personal development.
About you
You are skilled, ambitious and you dream of working with leadership creating great moments for your employees and guests. As a person you are structured and full of good ideas as well as have a positive attitude towards life. You are not afraid to carry a heavy work load and we expect you to have previous management experience combined with industry knowledge.
