In this role your main responsibility is to maintain IVD regulation related environment for validations of software used in-house in manufacturing operations and other functions. You will also develop the software validation processes and tools, implement needed changes to the software lifecycle management and validation policies and defend them in case of inspections. You will chair the software validation steering team and train personnel to successfully execute compliant validations.
In order to be successful in this position you need to be able to collaborate across all levels of the organization. Detail-oriented, practical and well organized as personal traits are highly valued. Experience and ability to manage and execute on multiple projects simultaneously are good references for the position.
Experience in software validations and lifecycle management, preferably in an IVD environment as our products are manufactured under medical device GMP, is preferred. Good communication skills, fluent spoken and written English are necessities. Finnish skills are an advantage, but not mandatory.
