The opportunity of a lifetime – Made by you!
In Unilever, we believe that companies with purpose last, brands with purpose grow, and people with purpose thrive. The Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP) is about having a big impact on the business, right from the start. It’s about growing iconic multi-million Euro, market-leading brands from day one. It’s about getting to know the business fast. We are looking to make future leaders of you by focusing on your whole development, personally and professionally. We will concentrate on three key areas: learning by experience, learning through people and formal learning. We will push you to achieve your potential and make a big business impact where you will learn from some of the best in the business.
The Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP) is a three-year program where you will get end-to-end business understanding through rotations in different roles within the business. For example, as a net revenue manager you will ensure correct product pricing, you will get close to our brands with purpose as an Assistant Brand Manager and you will connect with the customers as a Key Account Manager. During the program you will get many unique experiences throughout the different parts of the organization – maybe even abroad. You will be part of both local, Nordic and European teams and will therefore fast create a big network across the whole business.
You will learn from the best working with our senior leaders and your career sponsor will ensure that your next rotation is in line with your career wishes and business priorities.

There is a lot of plastic pollution in the environment. And the fact of the matter is – too much of it carries our name. That is not OK with us. Plastic is a valuable material. It is crucial for the safe and efficient distribution of our products, and it has a lower carbon footprint than many alternative materials. So, it has its place. But that place is definitely not littering our streets, rivers and oceans. It is, however, inside the circular economy – where it is reused, recycled or composted. And where it is kept in a loop, to stop it from ever finding its way into the environment. If even one of our bottles ends up in the environment, that’s one too many. Our plastic is our responsibility. That’s why, we have announced new goals, that are even bolder than the ones we’ve been working towards up until now.
We are committing to halve our use of virgin plastic in our packaging and collect and process more plastic packaging than we sell… all by 2025.
