Truck Sales Manager
– Tire solutions for the truck – and bus market
Are you the one to further develop a successful business?
You will be responsible for maintaining and developing the tire sales – and tire solutions for the truck and bus market in Finland. This includes direct fleet sales, as well as sales through wholesalers/tire specialists and truck dealers. In addition to the Continental brand, the range also includes Semperit and Barum.
You will be the manager of three. Your main stakeholders and internal partners will be an international Fleet KAM, the Nordic business development manager, the Nordic truck sales teams, as well as all colleagues in our office. You will report functionally to EMEA Sales Director Truck, and your direct report will be Continental Rengas Oy's Market Manager.
To sell the right solutions is about quality, service agreements, availability, price, new technology and more, all this to optimize our customers' expectations. Your responsibility will also include developing the strategy, market analysis, reporting, budget and running forecast.
You will have an operative sales role, which also includes identifying and winning new customers. Events, arrangements, plant visits and regular meetings within the truck network in the company is also part of the role.
Do you know the Truck Business?
If so, you have an advantage. The role requires solid experience within B2B sales of professional solutions. Experience in a big international company is also an asset.
You are fluent in English, with a relevant background, both from studies and work.
