Treasury Analyst

We are now looking for a Treasury Analyst to join our Treasury team based in Helsinki.

In this role your tasks relate to reporting, forecasting and analysis of treasury’s risk management areas related to foreign exchange, interest rates, financing and cash management, including various middle office and back office tasks. 

The position is one year fixed term as maternity leave substitute. It is expected that a candidate may start in September 2019 at latest.

Key responsibilities in this role:

  • Preparation of reports for treasury management purposes
  • Monthly reporting and reconciliation of treasury items
  • Statutory reporting
  • Forecasting of financial items and result
  • Treasury system maintenance and development
  • Various middle office and back office tasks


Capabilites to succeed in this role:

  • Having analytical approach with capability to high accuracy within    expected timelines 
  • Understanding of financial risks and valuations of financial instruments in corporate treasury
  • Being familiar with basics in IFRS reporting and hedge accounting 
  • Good MS Office skills. especially with Excel
  • Good communication skills and capability to work both independently and in teams
  • Fluent English and Finnish, written and spoken

Education and experience:

We expect you to have a master's degree in Economics or BSc in Finance and 1-3 years' working experience in global treasury function, or alternatively excellent basics in treasury management with ability to learn fast.
