As the Trainer for Biotherm and House 99, your role is to co-create and execute trainings for our brands and services, in line with our international brand strategies. You will contribute to the growth of brands through the planning and implementation of an effective training plan and development of new retail actions for counters together with the marketing team. In addition to training external partners, you will train the L’Oréal Luxe team internally in brand-related events. In your role, you will also actively participate in creating and executing customer service, sales and communication related trainings towards our clients. The role reports to the Marketing Manager for Biotherm and House 99.
Your key job accountabilities:
