Trainee, Customer Success Management

We are now looking for a Trainee, Customer Success Management to join the team in Espoo, Finland.

The one-year Trainee Program consists of rotations in different departments, working with customers and trainee modules, where you get to interact closely with all trainee colleagues from different countries with a primary focus on developing your knowledge and skills.

You will be based in the unit of Software Innovation, operating under Public Healthcare and Welfare division of Tieto. You will work with our document and case management solution, 360°, which helps digitalizing the public sector in the Nordics.

Your main task as a Trainee will include guaranteeing that our customers get full benefit of our products. You will be the advocate for customers by guiding them and also engaging resources across our organization to accelerate success of these customers and the expansion of our products.

Show us what you got

We hope you have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in e.g. IT, Business, Political Science or some other relevant field. You enjoy talking to customers, and know what it takes to build trust and loyalty. Most importantly you have passion for technology and customer success.

To succeed in this role, you should have consultative mindset and ability to translate and adapt technical content to non-technical audience and vice versa. You have positive attitude, good networking skills and desire to constantly learn and develop yourself. Self-driven and proactive way of working is also appreciated.

In this role fluency in Finnish and English is required.
