We are hiring a 

Traffic Operator to Moonway Oy in Turku   

As a Traffic Operator you are responsible for ensuring that the shipment of containers runs smoothly by keeping a close contact with loading sites, consignees, any subcontractors and other co-operators who might be involved in the process. You handle the assignments from the very beginning to the invoicing, keeping an eye on the actual shipping costs. After a good introduction period, you will be ready to take over your own accounts and to serve your own customers in the best possible ways with an extraordinary service-mindedness and professionalism.  

 What we expect from you  

We want you to have experience in logistics and/or an appropriate education to fulfill the requirements in this position.  You need to have good language skills (written and oral) both in Finnish and in English. Additional language skills are considered an asset. You also have good IT-skills and an ability to learn new systems. You are capable of handling stressful situations well as the work might be hectic from time to time. You are motivated and won’t be afraid to step into new challenges. Most importantly, we want you to be a good colleague and team player in our workplace!
