Looking for a job in an innovative company? An excellent opportunity has opened for an energetic Trade Marketing Specialist to join the Bayer Consumer Health team in Espoo Keilaniemi. As a Trade Marketing Specialist you are responsible for, in close cooperation with marketing and sales, providing support to Consumer Health business in various trade marketing, shopper marketing and sales related projects as well as brand activation initiatives. In this role, you have the possibility to apply your existing knowledge as well as learn further the OTC business. You will report to the Head of Trade Marketing Nordics of Consumer Health.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute, coordinate and execute trade marketing, shopper marketing and brand activation in retail (including e-commerce) by planning and creation of trade/retail marketing material and activities and trade stories based on Shopper and Category Insights – in close cooperation with sales and marketing
  • Support the growth of Bayer Consumer Health brands in various channels
  • Prepare and develop contents for displays, posters and websites for sales activities, tradeshows, events and other external appearances of the organization
  • Plan and produce materials for key account activation in close cooperation with sales and marketing
  • Plan and organize internal and external retail and marketing related activities and events
  • Liaise with vendors to guarantee quality output of design, translation and production of trade marketing materials
  • Supervise external resources’ projects (vendors, exhibition agencies, etc.)
  • Managing and updating Consumer Health brand websites (content and technical)
  • Drive Category projects for focus categories for Finland together with Head of Trade Marketing
  • Carefully follow sales & category development (IMS, Tamro) and be the superuser for the systems
  • Assist Sales Manager and Brand Managers as needed

WHO YOU ARE

Key competencies needed by the successful candidate include the following:

  • Master or Bachelor degree in marketing or business
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing and retail activation
  • Be an effective team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Have strong organization and prioritizing skills
  • Have the ability to work independently with positive can-do attitude
  • Pro-active working approach and the ability to work under pressure and tight schedules
  • Native Finnish and fluent English language is a must. Swedish is a plus
  • Excellent skills in MS Office, graphics/publishing/questionnaire/web applications (e.g. InDesign, Photoshop, Questback, Web analytics) is a plus
