Test Maintenance Manager
to lead the team that maintains the production testers. This position is located at Vaisala headquarters in Vantaa.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:
Your main responsibility is to lead, coach and develop a team of test maintenance professionals supporting Vaisala factories and suppliers. This team works together with the factories to achieve high delivery accuracy and productivity. The main target is to keep production testing and calibration automation running without interruptions. Your responsibility is to develop maintenance processes and tools to get high equipment availability and also to improve preventive maintenance. When needed, you will also take very active role in leading problem solving in urgent cases.

To succeed in this position, you preferably have M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in Engineering and experience in working in high tech electronics organization. Knowledge of automated HW testing is very appreciated. We are seeking for an active person who has passion for team leading and lot of ideas for developing the maintenance work.

This position gives you a possibility to work in our high performing high-mix low-volume production offering very fast deliveries to customers. Key factors to succeed in this position are the ability to react in fast changing environment and service minded attitude.
