Etteplan is a global company that is changing the world with innovative design and multidisciplinary thinking, whether it is robotics, cloud services, IoT or industrial intelligence. The company is growing rapidly, and new projects are filled with different technical solutions and smart software. More software means, you guessed it, more testing. This is where you come into play.
We are looking for a total of 10 new employees to grow into various roles in the fields of test automation, software development and cloud technology to our offices in Tampere, Espoo, Hyvinkää and Jyväskylä. Curiosity about new topics and technologies, as well as your enthusiasm for developing your own professional skills, are your greatest strengths, whether you are in the early stages of your career or an already more experienced expert.
Our objective is to help you grow into your new role during the 6-month recruiting program – thus, you don’t necessarily have to be a complete expert right from the get-go!

During and after the Etteplan Test Automation academy you can work e.g. as a SW Test Engineer, SW Test Automation Engineer Software Test Developer or DevOps Engineer, depending on your background and interests. To be eligible to apply for the Academy, applicants must have a right to the public employment and business services i.e. TE Services. The program will be organized in English, so sufficient language skills are required from all participants. Finnish language skill is not mandatory, but day-to-day conversation skills in Finnish can be seen as an advantage. The program is conducted in close cooperation with Etteplan, Saranen, TE Services and ELY Center.

Etteplan Test Automation Academy
New job or new expertise? What if you could choose both? Etteplan Test Automation Academy combines new work and expert training into one package in a convenient way. In addition to the job you’re aiming for, you’ll also invest in your own expertise in the long run and boost your skills on topics that are very sought after in the IT industry.
The main goal of the Academy is to employ you at Etteplan at the end of a 6-month program. During the six-month period, you will also get to know the work community and final work assignments in advance, so you’ll have all the right tools to succeed in your future role.
