Test and Calibration Development Manager
to lead our production test development team at Vaisala headquarters in Vantaa.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:
Your main responsibility is to lead a team of calibration and testing automation professionals serving Vaisala Industrial Measurements business area. This team plays a significant role ensuring that all Vaisala high tech products are tested and calibrated according to highest standards. The team executes project work closely with R&D and manufacturing development professionals, in order to design and develop all needed processes and technologies. Therefore an important area of responsibility is resourcing and portfolio management of team projects. Target in projects is automation development for calibration processes, testing, data flow and sometimes robotics as well. You are also leading the development of technologies and tools that are used in automation.


Qualifications:
To succeed in this position, you preferably have M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in Engineering and experience in working in high tech electronics organization. Knowledge of automated HW testing and previous experience as a manager are appreciated. We are seeking for an active person who has passion for team leading and lot of ideas for developing project work and design processes.

This position offers a close visibility to our world leading R&D of industrial instruments. Key success factors are to enable fast time to market for new products, solutions that create high manufacturing efficiency and development calibration technology to globally leading measurement devices.
