We are looking for

Tender Specialist

to a permanent position

Key responsibilities:

  • Tender management in cooperation with Country Manager, sales team and other functions
  • Tender follow up, coordination and scheduling requests for quotations
  • Management of pricing system
  • Development of tender processes including i.e analysis, statistics and reports
  • Handling contracts

Requirements:

  • Ability to act as project leader for each tender process, excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Analytical and precise way of working, sense of responsibility
  • Self-driven and active approach with an ability to promote positive relationships with external key persons
  • Team player and reliable as a person
  • Capability to learn and adapt new things quickly
  • Experience from similar tasks and work in public health care is considered an advantage
  • Knowledge of Public tendering process is an advantage
  • Relevant education i.e. Commercial or similar
  • Good IT skills (e-tender services, MS Office especially Excel, knowledge of Navison is considered an advantage)
  • Language requirements: excellent Finnish and good English skills, Swedish is an advantage
