Are you interested in mill layout or process engineering and willing to take the next step on your career?
As a Technology Manager you are in charge of delivering the mill layout engineering or process engineering to our sales-, pre-engineering- and delivery projects. The size of the projects varies from smaller modernizations to the whole mill engineering. You will participate in mill layout and/or process system dimensioning, planning the collaboration with subcontractors as well as documentation. In this position, you don’t have direct subordinates but you will collaborate deeply with different stakeholders.
Your location will be in Järvenpää, Jyväskylä or Tampere. You should also have willingness and ability to travel (40-50 days/ year) to our customers’ sites when needed.
To be successful in this position, you need to have:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical or process engineering
- Basic skills in AutoCAD and other 3D designing programs
- Good social and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of cultural differences and ability to adapt communication style accordingly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
You are self-driven person who is motivated by achieving good results and collaborating with other people. An ability to work systematically and efficiently also under pressure in essential. Proven track record in team management is seen as an advantage. You may already have some years of relevant work experience but also recently graduated can apply to this position as we may modify the responsibilities and development path according to your experience and skills so far.
