Technology manager is responsible for business and offering development of industrial biotechnology and food solutions.
We expect you to have
This position requires understanding of research technologies, platforms, infrastructure and business logic within the field of Industrial Biotechnology and Food Solutions. You know how to enable and enhance research and business opportunities arising from the research innovations, technologies and infrastructures. You know the key actors of the value networks, and you are aware of trends and major activities in the national and international level. The key actors include companies, research organisations, authorities and funding organisations. We appreciate experience in networking internationally through for example European research programmes.
Degree in life science field is necessary and experience in research related to molecular biology technologies and/or food technologies, is considered important. The position requires good written and spoken English skills, Finnish is an asset. Preparedness to work with national and international partners is expected.
