TECHNOLOGY AND CONTRACT LAWYER
Asianajotoimisto DLA Piper Finland Oy
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A TECHNOLOGY AND CONTRACT LAWYER WHO'S READY TO TAKE THE NEXT CAREER STEP
Our global IPT practice group is recognized as a market leader in the fields of IT, privacy, telecoms and all forms of sourcing. We have a top tier ranking (Band 1, Global, Chambers 2018). We advise clients on all aspects of technology and sourcing transactions, not just the purely 'legal' elements. Leveraging hundreds of complex and market leading deals, we advise on deal structuring, scoping, service levels and pricing so as to deliver an efficient and joined-up result for clients.
This position is an essential part of our IPT practice group. Your tasks include drafting ICT related contracts and negotiating ICT and technology related contracts. You will also handle regulatory matters relevant to technology driven companies.
Preferably, you are experienced and ready to take the next challenge in your career. We highly appreciate a definite will to develop yourself – we will offer the support. You see challenges as possibilities, not as obstacles. Depending on your background, we can tailor your tasks according to your expectations and expertise.
Our people are equipped with a can-do attitude and a proactive approach. They have the ability to work on their own initiative as well as be part of the team. We share a genuine passion towards emerging technologies and the first-rate work we do. This is what we expect from you too.
Naturally, we expect you to be fluent in Finnish and English. As we are part of a global law firm with an unparalleled Nordic footprint, Swedish or other Nordic language is regarded as a merit.
