We are now looking for a Technical Writer to strengthen Miradores documentation team! In this role, you get to help Miradores customers take full advantage of a SaaS solution/device management solutions by transforming technical product details into easily understandable articles and other content pieces. We are looking for a person who is not afraid to deep dive into technical topics and can produce clear writing in English. ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Technical Writer, your work tasks are versatile and in accordance with the culture of a growth company, you will have the support of an experienced team, and two colleagues who work in a similar role. Your responsibilities range from writing user instructions, blog posts, and otherwise contributing to customer communications. You will receive a comprehensive introduction to the job, so previous work experience is not necessary if you are skillful at writing, and you are interested in technology.You are offered

JOB DUTIES
* Writing user instructions on Miradores Knowledge Base
* Working closely with R&D and studying Miradores products
* Assisting the marketing team by producing blog posts and other marketing materials
* Contributing to customer communications
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* Relevant educational background (e.g., technical, communications, marketing)
* Excellent writing skills
* Fluent written and spoken English skills. Finnish skills are seen as an advantage.
* Interest in the field
Previous experience in technical writing, device management or software development, SEO and content marketing is seen as an advantage. If you have skills in these topics, it is possible to adapt the role to more senior.

* Location: Can be done remotely. Miradore offices are located in Lappeenranta and Vantaa.
