Technical Support Specialist

On behalf of Nordic ID we are now searching for a

Technical Support Specialist

to join the team for a permanent full time-job in Salo or in Espoo.

We appreciate experience yet we are also interested in junior talent with a strong motivation to grow and develop professionally. Your background can be computer science engineering, electronics or electrical engineering but we also value vocational education in data processing. The main aspect is the attitude to learn and adopt new expertise.

Key responsibilities
• Representing the company as the technical expert to internal & external customers and partners
• Supporting customers and partners with troubleshooting technical issues and providing high-class customer service and support (1st and 2nd line), escalate issues to engineering teams as needed.
• Creating support materials (documentation and small tools)
• Working in complex customer environments to reproduce and document issues

Your previous experience/knowledge in RFID is a benefit and understanding of electronics and RF design gives you an advantage.

Proficient communication skills both in Finnish and in English
Possess logical thinking and good problem-solving skills
Working style is independent and accountable
Positive attitude, open mind and willing to learn
Programming skills (C#)
