Our customer LeadDesk is looking for Norwegian, Danish and German speaking Technical Support Specialists to work at their growing international team. Our office is located at Las Lagunas de Mijas, Málaga. Fuengirola city centre is only 1.5km from the office.
What's the role all about?
In this role you will be responsible for independent troubleshooting and answering technical questions about product functionality and network connectivity. You will get full training, but you should show interest in technology and capability to grow into the role. Although you will be working directly under the management of LeadDesk Technical Support team leads, the contract will be done with StaffPoint S.L.U.
During and after the training you will start to work with customer cases with high learning curve with full support from the rest of team and team leads all the time.
We expect from you
Fluent Norwegian and English (in Norwegian speaking roles, other languages a plus)
Fluent Danish and English (in Danish speaking roles, other languages a plus)
Fluent German and English (in German speaking roles, other languages a plus)
Ability to work independently and taking responsibility of the case in hand
Prior help- or service desk experience or another customer facing role preferably from B2B
Ability to troubleshoot without script
Strong IT skills
