Metsä Board Sales and Marketing is looking for a

Technical Service Coordinator

for a temporary position until 31.12.2020 in the Customer Feedback Centre in Äänekoski, Finland. In this position, you will handle primarily product quality feedbacks from the customers in EMEA market area. As a substitute within your team you will also handle the 1st leg and direct container/truck transport damage feedbacks. You will be part of the Technical Service team and you will report to the Technical Service Director.

Your role in the future Metsä

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Product quality feedback handling of dedicated customers from EMEA market area
  • Transport damage feedback handling of 1st leg and direct container/truck deliveries
  • Close co-operation within your own team, technical customer service of the mills and colleagues in the Technical Service in EMEA market area
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager.

What are we looking for?

We expect you to have knowledge in paperboard making process and quality requirements for paperboard.  Knowledge of printing and converting methods as well as knowledge of paperboard business, customer requirements and Metsä Board paperboard offering is an advantage. We expect you to be a good team player and to have good communication, customer service and networking skills. Good verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English are also required. Other languages are seen as a benefit. You also need to be proficient in SAP RunBoard in addition to MS Office.
