We at Clevry are looking for a Technical Service and Project Manager for Kingspan Insulation. The position that we are looking to fill is full-time with a permanent contract. You will be employed directly to Kingspan and will work at their Tampere office.
The Technical Service and Project Manager role is primarily focused on improving and coordinating the Technical Services Department’s activities and projects. You will compose ideas and plans to create more value for customers. The projects can vary from developing and improving the quality of services to implementation of work procedures or software. With managers and different stakeholders these ideas will be translated to concrete projects, which you will lead, coordinate or assist. You will manage and monitor the key services provided by the Technical Services Department and support the development of work procedures. Part of the position is to do follow-up reports on the procedures and projects, analyze data and report results. In this position you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders and therefore excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed.
In this position you have the chance to travel within Europe to meet your team maximum once a month.

Composing plans and ideas to create more value for customers
Translate ideas into concrete projects with stakeholders
Lead, coordinate or assist projects
Follow-up on processes and identify trends, needs and improvements of services
Overview performance by following-up results, analyzing data and reporting it
This is what we are looking for:
Relevant background with technical and commercial roles
Strong understanding of customer orientation
Higher professional education e.g. bachelor's in engineering
Leadership and project management skills or willingness to acquire these
Excellent communication skills
Fluent written and spoken English skills, other language skills (e.g. Finnish, Swedish, German) are an asset
