Technical Sales Support Specialist

We are looking for a Technical Sales Support Specialist at ABB Oy, Drives, Domestic Sales business line in Helsinki. You will be working with customer contacts in a dynamic sales and service environment. In this position, you will provide support for both customers and our own front-end sales and service network. There is more than one way to this position; you can be a recent graduate or have few years of experience. The most important, however, is your passion in the business, the ability to learn new skills and a strong customer-focused mindset.

Your responsibilities

  • Providing technical support for Finnish customers
  • Providing ABB Ability remote support and condition monitoring services to Finnish customers
  • Providing sales support for front end sales

Your background

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in electrical or other relevant field of engineering
  • Interest in becoming a technical expert in industrial applications and solutions
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A sales-oriented mindset and high customer focus
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Finnish, and good skills in English
  • Experience in technical sales and of LV AC drives is an advantage
  • Ideally you have a few years’ working experience, but this is also a great opportunity for a newly graduated engineer
  • A good knowledge of MS Office tools is an advantage
