We are looking for a new Technical Sales Representative/Manager Nordic to join our team in Finland. The role is new and as our new Technical Sales Representative/Manager Nordic you will be responsible for our selected customers, managing customer satisfaction and planning and organizing logistics. You will participate and contribute in customer negotiations, pricing, analysis on cost of supply and provide information for budgeting. You will have the chance to contribute in business development, analyzing the competitive environment, identifying and evaluating business opportunities in Finland and Sweden.
In this versatile role, you will provide technical service for existing customers and coordinate the need of support from Lhoist’s application specialists as well as organize and participate in customer trials. Monthly reporting and coordinating deliveries with the European supply chain team to terminals in the area are also part of your responsibilities. You will act as a back-up for our Sales Managers in Finland and Sweden. In this role you will report to the Commercial Manager Nordic. Our office is in Helsinki, but this position can be located in other parts of the country.
We hope that you are/have
- at least some experience in B2B/technical sales. The role can be tailored depending on your level of experience and will be either a Representative or Manager level position.
- Self-driven and solution-focused person with a genuine interest in our business and customers.
- Structured and organized way of working with a focus on getting the work done.
- M.Sc or B.Sc degree in Technology/Engineering (e.g. process technology, chemistry) or Business or other relevant area.
- Fluency in Finnish and English, preferably also in Swedish.
