We are looking for a TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER to manage customer delivery and support projects in North Europe. Projects include both SW and HW deliveries and support. Projects are managed by project management processes. Position is permanent and located in Helsinki metropolitan area.
In this role you will manage customer delivery projects through the entire life cycle in respect of cost, time and quality requirements. Based on the candidate´s background the job can be tailored and also technical project tasks can be included. You will monitor and secure project delivery. You will follow-up production issues and define agreed action plan with customer/supplier to achieve project goals. You will provide regular visibility on project progress, risks and issues and maintain permanent collaboration with R&D, marketing and sales teams for coverage of deals and customer needs. Managing answers to customer's technical questions will be on your responsibility by using internal resources, processes and tools. You will ensure project documentation and coordinate the tasks with subcontractors and other interfaces.
We expect you to have degree in Computer Science or related fields and proven competence in project management methodologies (for example PRINCE2, PMP and PMI). Your interest will be to be both technical and customer oriented and you have experience of large integration projects. Experience of working in international environment and distributed project environment is necessary for your success and experience of working with authorities is an asset but not necessary. You are fluent in Finnish and English.
