We are now looking for a
Technical Customer Service manager
To join us in technical customer service team for EMEA region. The position is located at Metsä Fibre GmbH Sales office in Wiesbaden, Germany.
Your role in the future Metsä
You are part of the EMEA technical customer service team. Your main tasks are to visit customer's mills regularly, identify development needs and ensure optimal fibre treatment at customer's plants as well as do related customer projects. Production and process managers are typically your counterparts at customer mills. You report customer feedback to account managers and pulp mills, handle respective customer's technical and sustainability questionnaires, do troubleshooting and technical marketing.
What are we looking for?
We expect you to have a M.Sc. degree, rather in paper making, engineering, chemistry or in related fields. You have at least 5 years of working experience preferably in paper or board production. Knowledge of different pulping processes is an advantage. You speak and write English fluently, German language is also preferred, additional languages are an advantage.
As a person you are analytical, practical, autonomous and motivated team player with a willingness and ability to travel in EMEA region.
