We are looking for a Technical Customer Service Adviser to our Technical Customer care.

I am Tomi Raatikainen and I am leading DataInfo's Technical Customer Care & Onsite Support teams. We are a great bunch of people, and I am super proud of every member of our team.

This is a great opportunity to a team player, who loves combining technology and customer relationships. You will be part of the Technical Customer Care team within a super exciting area and you will have an eye on our customer experience every day.

Who are you?

You have a passion for customers, technology and you are a great team player. To fit the bill, you have worked as a system specialist, service adviser or similar and you have good understanding of today’s IT and mobile technologies in large customer segment.

  • Customer focused
  • Team player with can do attitude
  • Social person
  • Hungry to develop yourself on everyday working

Your Experience:

  • Working knowledge of IT Service Management systems such as ServiceNow
  • Experience of managing IT systems, MDM systems
  • Experience of technical customer care both online and onsite
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, Windows networks and MacOS, iOS, Android based client systems
  • Used to work in international customer environments
