  We are currently searching for Technical assistance / Open point management for our international client in the OL3 Site. The job starts as soon as a suitable candidate is found and lasts approximately 6 months with the possibility for extension. Skills required:

  • Communication skills regarding interface management and coordination activities
  • Organized, reliable and responsible minded work approach with well-structured and solution oriented working style
  • Team work skills
  • IT-Skills: Microsoft Office, database handling
  • Fluent English skills

Responsibilities:
  • Open point and CR follow up, Open point closure coordination
  • Follow up of engineering activities and progress, progress reporting
  • Documentation handling
  • organization and partly leading of meetings
  • Participation in meetings together with the field engineering manager
  • Preparation and distribution of meeting protocols
  • Supporting the field engineering manager
