We offer you a unique opportunity to join Elisa's team of humble talent hunters for a full-time Tech Recruiter / Sourcer role.

Elisa’s recruitment team members work closely together with business units and hiring managers consulting them throughout the recruitment process. Our daily tasks vary from building tactical recruitment plans and recruitment marketing campaigns to sourcing and taking care of candidates. We are also in charge of building and strengthening Elisa's employer brand. At Elisa, we recruit some 800 people every year, including Designers, Directors, Coders, Sales People and everything in between.

In this role you will focus on sourcing and attracting candidates into specific Tech positions. The exact contents of your task will depend on your own interests, but your focus will be in sourcing potential candidates to technical roles (especially Developers and Architects), i.e. getting the best come-as-you-are Tech Experts to join us.

You might be the one if

• You already have relevant experience in sourcing and headhunting Tech talents
• You get kicks from both sourcing candidates and from taking them forward in the candidate pipeline by ensuring they get an excellent Elisan experience
• You are familiar with relevant candidate markets and/or might have previously created, developed and nurtured Tech talent pools
• As you already have experience, you are aware of the field of modern technology as well as the methods and tools used when attracting candidates in a highly competitive market
• You are used to pre-interviewing candidates and presenting them forward to hiring managers
• You have a proactive and eager style of working and you like to carry out your tasks thoroughly and thoughtfully with an analytical mindset
• You communicate fluently in Finnish or English, preferably in both, as these are the languages of our candidate target groups and hiring managers
• Preferably you have graduated with relevant university studies (e.g. Tech, Leadership or Marketing)

In addition, we appreciate if

• You are not afraid of taking an independent and consultative role or being the voice of reason when needed
• You are happy with sometimes hitting the ground running to help the business to reach its targets
• You may have inspirations on taking us forward on a path of candidate lifecycle management
