The Job:
As Tech Lead, you will drive and own the development of our services in the Loyalty Management area. In the Loyalty's Customer Data and Analytics functional team you will work together with the product lead, product owners, lead engineers and designers in an Agile environment. This team is responsible for maintaining and developing dozens of solutions from Loyalty (S Bonus) Management, Customer Basic Data and Digital Identity to Customer Consents and Analytics. Also, there is an ongoing shift in Loyalty and CRM solutions from a monolithic solution to a microservices and event based architecture.
Your daily work consists of
- Developing solutions that manage one of the largest customer registers in Finland
- Designing architectural-level vision and solutions and the roadmap of the loyalty management platforms
- Creating the technical direction of the platforms and driving the engineering team towards the right direction
- Making sure that the loyalty platforms are in line with the architecture of S Group's other technical solutions
- Making decisions related to technological choices
- Supporting multiple development squads in Customer Data and Analytics functional team and communicating with stakeholders around S Group's different business units
- Co-operation and dialogue with stakeholders, such as technical and business specialists and vendors/partners
- Also, co-operating with S-Pankki in building common architectures and capabilities around customer engagement and registration in S Group
- Having technical ownership of the solutions and platforms of the area
What we hope from you
- Strong background in software engineering and public cloud platforms such as AWS
- Ability to design architecture and fit the solutions as part of a bigger picture
- Understanding of GDPR and privacy
- Experience with customer analytics
- Ability to work in the intersection of technology and business and fit the requirements and needs of different stakeholders into an architectural design
- Interest in customer centric digital service development
- Leadership skills: experience in supporting and coaching individuals and boosting co-operation, constructiveness and good team spirit
- In work-related matters you communicate fluently in English
