You will be Tech Lead of the Marketing Operations Technology as a Service team. 

Team:

Our Marketing Operations Technology team produces system services for S group's centralized marketing operations. We work closely with SOK Media's marketing operations and develop technologies to ensure both system and process efficiency. The business IT of the S group also act as stakeholders in our everyday life. At the center of our service is marketing resource management (MRM), Content and Digital Asset Management (DAM), Place of Business Management (PoBM) and distribution technologies (+ related systems & integrations). The core of our work is to develop and maintain scalable marketing services and background processes that meet the needs of our objectives and stakeholders. As a Tech Lead you are also part of the SOK’s Tech Lead Community, giving you bountiful peer support and a team of experts to share knowledge with.

The Job:

You will oversee the production and development of our Marketing Technologies as a Service -ecosystem. Our Product Owners and Developers are responsible for the development of their own software and services but can also always turn to you for help and guidance. 

Your mission is to ensure that the whole ecosystem in our team’s tech landscape is orchestrated and aligned to support us in our objectives, as well as ensuring that we maintain sustainable ways of developing - both from architectural and infrastructural standpoints.

There are multiple different IT systems in the teams technology stack, which all look to receive different levels of technical support from you.

The MaaS ecosystem includes systems which support marketing operations & processes, campaign and budget planning, resource planning, acquisition, processing and delivery of both our digital assets and content.

Working in close cooperation with our Product Owners, you will be responsible for our MRM, DAM, (+ other image related systems), PoBM, WTOP, Content Hub -systems, SaaS platform, invoicing, etc.

25% of your job is taking care that all services and platforms etc, are in continuous production, making small developments and taking care that the monitoring stuff and all tech side is in place. 

75% of the rest of your job is big picture work, data flows, making technical choices, thinking of data models, data flows. 

You will involve yourself in every day life with weeklies and retros and maybe dailies. You will need to familiarize yourself with all of our marketing processes, content and digital asset mgt

Requirements:

- Finnish language

- Diverse Solution architecture experience 

- Understanding of Marketing Technologies and Operations

- Understanding public cloud development and management, AWS

-Experience in developing, maintaining and managing different kinds of integrations from API's to more traditional integration types (eg. batch integrations)

- Experience with creating. maintaining and governing information and data models
