Team Manager, Exports and Trade Finance

We are looking for a motivated Team Manager, Exports and Trade Finance for a fixed term position. This position is part of Group Finance team.

This is a fixed term position until October 2025, located in Raute’s Lahti office / partly hybrid. You can also work from our other offices in Espoo, Oulu or Kajaani.

In this role you are responsible for

Leading the operations of Exports and trade finance team.

• Manage and support the team in daily operations

• Manage and develop the invoicing process, including assessment in tax application (VAT)

• Participate in the daily tasks as part of the team

• Support the organization with customs related cases

• Contact person in export related matters in the group and with managers

• Improving company policies and principles regarding exports and logistics

• Improve systems and processes (D365 key user for invoicing)

• Participate in the roll out of projects

To be successful in this role you have

• Expertise on trade finance, export and import and cross trade

• Knowledge of logistics and customs formalities (EUR, NAM, Asia)

• Bachelor / Master’s degree from relevant field

• + 3 years’ experience in export and trade finance

• Experience working as a team leader

• Good communication skills to interact effectively on organization levels

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

• Good working proficiency in both Finnish and English

You are fluent with MS Office tools. Experience of Microsoft Dynamics D365 would be an advantage.

As a team manager / leader you will bring your experience in logistics, project exports and imports and invoicing related tasks, and you want to develop your area of expertise further.
