We are currently searching for a Team Leader combined with a Quality role in the Contact Center for Garmin Nordic Finland Oy. In your role you lead a team of 7 Associates and at the same time you will be working with quality tasks yourself (50/50). Overall, you will be responsible for and ensure, that your team is highly motivated through your personal leadership skills. By working closely together with the Quality Team placed in the other Nordic countries, you ensure a high level of performance and quality in your team and are in close cooperation with the Nordic Team Leader and Quality team.

You will furthermore be responsible for effective resource allocation within your team, by encouraging, motivating and coaching the team towards a high-performance culture. You have experience in planning, monitoring and organizing teams in a way that the resources are allocated correctly in order to deliver a high performance.

You can provide and analyze management reports to make sure there is a valid data behind any decision taken, it is expected that you confidently can manage yourself in a high-paced work environment while reaching the teams targets.

You possess a strong desire to have a position where you can lead and influence others while aligned with Garmin overall vision by providing superior support to our customers.


We expect from you

A suitable educational background
Strong team development, organisational and planning skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Diligence and accuracy with strong attention to detail
Hands-on, customer-focused approach
Fluent in English and Finnish
Previous experience gathering and analyzing information
Ability to travel
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office and Outlook)
