Your future responsibilities

You’ll join Fraud Operations, where we are responsible for monitoring and investigating fraud on both Card and Account transactions as well as to assisting customers in the process of recovering credit after fraudulent or non-authorized transactions appeared on their accounts or cards. Our ambition is to act fast on fraudulent transactions and handle customers in a fair and professional manner to give them the best possible experience when being exposed to a fraudulent transaction.

What you’ll be doing:  

  • Create a high-performing team and an environment where the team members excel and thrive  
  • Plan and ensure deliveries according to current plans and SLAs  
  • Assure a successful leadership with reporting structure and team member management  
  • Drive the Fraud Operation team on national basis but also harmonize across countries  
  • Continually secure review and update of processes and plans in cooperation with the team, Business Process Specialists, and Nordic Process Manager, as well as setting up new processes for other fraud types that has not been within the responsibility since earlier  
  • Drive and align work with stakeholders internally and externally – especially the team in NOC Poland which is taking care of standard disputes in close cooperation with the Swedish team

Your profile and background:

  • Proven strong driver- and leadership skills, or equivalent experience of being able to guide, assist and lead employees  
  • A track record of delivering results  
  • Understanding of or interest in the complicated payment & fraud area  
  • Fluency in verbal and written Finnish and English. Other languages are considered as bonus.  
  • A Master's degree, or comparable, in a relevant field  
  • A good understanding of the challenges working in a Nordic and cross-border environment  
  • Have a passion for a pragmatic and modern leadership, where you use your strong communication, presentation and intra-personal skills  
  • Are a role model, with the ability to energize and motivate others, and to lead by example with a strong belief in team-work and customer focus  
  • Can build up and maintain a network with stakeholders and cooperation partners, both internally and externally
