About the position
We have an open position for a Team Lead for Sales Team in Oriola’s BA Commercial in Sales and Marketing Services. Sales and Marketing Services offers customizes service solutions to support and enhance pharma companies’ sales and marketing actions. In this position you will report to Head of Sales and Marketing Services.
Your role as a team lead is to ensure that your team has the best possibilities to succeed in their work and provide excellent customer experience. Your responsibilities include designating the sales representatives for the projects, coordinating the customer projects, and taking care of well-being of the employees and human resourced related work tasks with the sales team. As well optimizing and planning the daily work to ensure quality, efficiency, and resources. You act as a supervisor for 20 sales representatives located in different areas in Finland You work closely with Head of Sales and Marketing Services. This position is permanent, located in the Espoo in Finland.

Personal and experience Requirements
Since you play an important role to secure business results, we expect the following:
Relevant education eg. in field of sales, personnel administration or other equivalent field of expertise.
Experience in staffing services is a strong benefit
Expertise in relevant EU legislation, local legislation, regulations and guidelines for medical sales representation
You are fluent in Finnish (both spoken as written) as well as in English.
Several years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare or the pharmacy market is valued
This position requires coaching leadership skills, well-structured way of working and strong commitment for adding value to our customers. As a person you are positive, have excellent interpersonal skills and proactive mindset. You have passion for driving continuous development. You believe in great co-operation with colleagues and all stakeholders and have an independent way of working.

Terms of Employment:
